Most growth problems aren't growth problems.

I work with founders and leadership teams on the decisions, systems, and communication that fast growth demands. Before it demands them at the worst possible time.

About Linish

I have spent more than a decade building and scaling teams inside fast-growth companies. I have led teams that served tens of millions of customers, shaped how organisations build trust with the people they serve, and built the operating rigour that reduces chaos and increases accountability at scale.

My work sits at the intersection of business leadership, customer experience, and culture building. These three things are inseparable when a company is growing at breakneck speed.

I consult because the problems are different every time. A different sector, a different leadership dynamic, a different version of the same fundamental challenge. That variety is why I do what I do. The intellectual challenge of walking into an unfamiliar environment and finding what is actually broken is what I find most rewarding about this work.

I work with a select few founders and leadership teams at a time.

Linish Theodore Public speaking at conference

Most growth problems aren't growth problems.

They're clarity problems. Communication problems. Leadership problems. And they show up at the worst possible time. I work with founders and senior leaders to find the real problem, then build the thinking, systems, and teams to solve it holistically.
